OneCall Contact Center, LLC is Hiring Work From Home Customer Service Representative – Photo Shop. This Arise Virtual Solutions client is the largest drug retailing chain in the United States, providing access to consumer goods and services, plus pharmacy, photo studio, health and wellness services.

Your duties:

• Inbound calls from customers regarding Photo orders and/or inquiries to include but not limited to the following:
o Shipping inquiries
o Photo refunds & resubmittal of orders
o Photo returns
o Processing Photo credits
o Password resets
o Assisting customer with other basic inquiries
o Log each transaction into customer system, must be able to quickly and accurately notate transaction


Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Available Shifts:
24 hours a day
7 days a week

Weekend Requirements*

6 intervals (3 hours) required on a Saturday or Sunday or a combination of both
Additional Service Time Requirements
• 4 intervals (2 hours) on Day after Thanksgiving
• Peak weeks – December 10th and 17th
12 intervals (6 hours) on December 12th and/or 13th and/or 19th
* Subject to change based on client needs.

Training Schedule:

Training begins 11/12/2018

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET


6:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET
